"I wanted to thank you for the recommending and setting us up with the FEDS email spam filter system. Since implementation, my inbox has become quite manageable. Ever since a careless person forwarded my email on one of those chain letters, I've had to sort through 75-100 spam messages a day - sometimes more.

I was initially skeptical about spam filters because I know from experience the "false positive" spam tests can sometimes flag important business emails as spam messages. Working with sales messages, a lot of the content in my inbound emails (especially replies) have a lot of the key words and phrases that most filters pick up and flag as spam. This has just not been a problem. Since implementing the system, I can't think of a single time this has happened.

I like the link I get emailed to allow me to check my account to make sure legitimate messages haven't been flagged, although I now rarely even bother checking since it just plain never happens!

I know I save at least 45 minutes to an hour every day using this system. As a small business owner with a hectic schedule, every minute counts and sorting through unwanted spam messages was just a complete unproductive waste of time.
